Diets During Pregnancy

Motherhood is a fabulous experience of a girl.  Nature makes sure the continuance of living beings through their progenies, human beings being no exception to this universal rule.  The development of human consciousness and scientific advancement though has put some limitations or exceptions to the very purpose and end of a person lady relationship, it is the nature’s design for obtaining children and thereby making sure the continuance of human kind. 

Diet is a serious element to be sorted during the pregnancy.  One has to bear mind that one has to eat for two during pregnancy though overeating is not the remedy for this.  One has to take enough quantity of proteins, minerals and vitamins since the ma is the only source of al these essential items for the baby. 

Pre natal diet do not counsel complete non carbohydrate diet since it may result in production of ketones in the blood stream lacking the presence of carbs, that may cause the chance of brain damage for the baby.  Besides this also may lead to bowel obstruction in pregnant women since they are supplied with further quantities of iron required for the baby. 

The pre natal food need include enough fruits to guarantee vitamins in required quantity.  One need be careful not to over eat that may lead to obesity especially those that suffer from diabetes sufferers or low B.P.  Or over weight. 

Routinely low carbohydrate diet includes whole grains and fruits with minimum white rice and pasta.  If one take high carbohydrate diet it’s better to go for frequent meals.  One may avoid processed beef as it contains less nutriments and more calories.  Acceptable quantity of nuts salads and fruits are going to be taken.  Huge applications of salt and sauces are going to be evaded.  One is best suggested to consult the gynecologist to get a well-balanced diet prescribed.  There is definitely a connection with the pre natal food and the child’s’s health. 

One has to prepare oneself to be a good ma by improving the knowledge of baby care, and the post delivery health care.  One must be emotionally prepared to keep altered with the physical, and emotional changes one is subject to in this period.  The job of a loving man in the period cannot be over stressed.  It is he who has to give her the care, comfort, and the confidence to prepare herself to become a matured, healthy and loving mother.
