Home Rowing Machine

Ever thought about how a rowing machine works?  Look at this…

Rowing machines are designed to simulate the actual exercise used on the water. And similar to the real rowing, exercising with a rowing machine works the lower and upper body. Home rowing machines are wonderful for overall toning as well as cardio vascular exercise . Rowing is great for getting in shape, and exercises all of your major muscles groups–more than any other single piece of cardio vascular fitness equipment. Rowing machines are made to imitate real boat rowing so that it feels like you are pushing oars through water as you use the equipment. As an oar is pulled back and pushed forward with a fluid motion in actual water, the water works as the resistance.

Rowing machines are the perfect transition from strength and endurance workouts, giving an excellent cardio workout while strengthening your shoulders, arm, back and abdominal muscles. Rowing machines are geared to spe the actual exercise which is done on the water. Like real rowing, working out with a rowing machine makes both the upper and lower body to work . Rowing machines are easy to use.  You just sit on the seat and move back and forth pulling the handles as you exercise. Your knees ought to be slightly when you are closest to the rowing machine’s base, straightening out as you move back with each rowing stroke.  They should remain slightly bent at the furthest point of your stroke and you should keep your back straight all the time .

That said , it is hard to get a more complete workout with one machine .
